Experience Italy Wedding is Valentina, Stefania and Ernesto.
We are professional experience event planners working in Italian event industry since 2007.
We are wedding coordinators and planners. We support and help couples to plan their tailor made destination wedding in Italy.

We offer a complete or partial planning and coordination service to facilitate the organisation of a special event in Italy.
We take care of the standard services such as the research of ceremony and reception venues, the suggestions of all professionals involved in the planning as caterer, photographers, floral, stationary favors and cake designers, video makers, musicians, entertainers, dj, architectural and scenic lights, make up artists, hairdressers and all you may need for a perfect day.

But we are also able to help bride and groom and their guests to book their accommodation in Italy for the event, arrange transfers and all services related to a relaxing staying in Italy.
We offer a complete service of budget managing and we can support our couples on the issuing of legal paperwork required by Italian law to celebrate a civil or religious wedding in Italy.
Moreover we include our presence on the day of the wedding to be sure that everything will go smoothly as we planned.
